Amber: The Next Generation
Amber’s reflection beneath the sea.
The water is breathable and not crushing despite the great depth.
Amber’s city is copied, at least as an artists impression, all the way down to the “docks”, a coral wall filled with sand a step down.
A waist high coral wall forms a border around the city, with normal sea pressure beyond.
The sun is visible above, but not the surface of the sea.
Access to rebma is via a paved road which starts in the sub-littoral beach, followed by a vertical shaft through the bedrock with a torchlit spiral stairs (underwater). An archway at the bottom opens from the undersea cliff into the city proper.
